Labels for Education® Book Bonanza Bonus Offer

The promotion is open to schools registered with Labels for Education. Promotion starts on February 16, 2016, and ends on April 30, 2016 or when 12,500 books have been distributed (“Promotion Period”), whichever occurs first. Submissions must be RECEIVED by April 30, 2016 to be eligible for this offer.

• Submit 1,000 UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps* to receive five (5) Scholastic books. (Approximate Retail Value $30.00)
• Submit 2,000 UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps* to receive ten (10) Scholastic books. (Approximate Retail Value $60.00)
• Submit 3,000 UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps* to receive twenty (20) Scholastic books. (Approximate Retail Value $120.00)

*Based on UPC quantity not UPC value.

Write offer code “BOOK BONANZA” on the upper right hand corner in the offer code section of a Labels for Education Order and Banking form. Order and Banking form can be found at www.LabelsForEducation.com. UPC and Beverage/Sauce Caps submissions must follow the rules for Labels for Education deposits. Deposits made via the  eLabels for Educationsm program will not be eligible for this offer. Schools can submit UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps multiple times during the promotional period, however, submissions will not be accumulated over multiple mailings/submissions. For instance, if a school submits two (2) mailings, one with 1,000 UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps and the other with 2,000 UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps, the school will receive one (1) set of five (5) Scholastic books and one (1) set of ten (10) Scholastic books. Maximum of 20 Scholastic books per school applies. Offer code cannot be combined with any other offers. UPCs and Beverage/Sauce Caps attached to bonus collection sheets do not count toward your Book Bonanza quantity. Books are available while supplies last, until a total of twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) books are awarded to schools or until April 30, 2016, whichever occurs first. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the close of the promotion. Order and Banking forms received that do not contain the promotion code will not be eligible for the Labels for Education Book Bonanza Offer. Offer void where prohibited by law.
