For PC users:
1. Right click on the icon image you want.
2. A menu should pop up. Choose "Save Picture As" if you're using IE, or "Save this Image as..." if you're using Netscape.
3. A "Save Picture" window will now open. Save the icon to your hard drive.
4. Open your instant messaging program. If you don't have an instant messaging program, you'll need to download one.
