What you need:
- Paper towel roll
- Construction paper
- Glitter
- Stickers
- Crayons
- Colored cellophane
- 2 rubber bands
- Glue
- Feathers
What to do:
- Decorate the paper towel roll with construction paper, glitter, stickers,
etc.
- Seal one end with cellophane and a rubber band, then drop a valentine message inside. Seal the other end the same way.
- Cut a large triangle of construction paper and glue it to one end of the roll like an arrowhead, then glue feathers to the other end like an arrow's tail. Let dry.
- Present to your favorite valentine!
