Hally Tosis is a small brown dog with very bad breath. She exhales a green cloud of bad breath, causing the wallpaper to curl, plants to wilt, and fish to flip. When her owners take her for a walk, everyone around her plugs their noses, even the skunks. Hally and her family have a visitor at the house, Grandma Tosis, who Hally greets by jumping on her and making her spill her tea.
