PLACING YOUR ORDER

Is there a minimum order?
No, you are free to order as much or little as you like.

Can I order from more than one club?
Certainly, you may order from as many clubs as you wish.

How often do I need to order?
You may order as often as you wish. Club forms will automatically be sent to you monthly. You may choose whether you wish to order each month.

What method of shipment should I use?
We recommend that International customers use airmail for shipping of the materials.

MANAGING STUDENT ORDERS

How do I keep track of the students' orders?
Designate a file or envelope for club orders where you will file the individual order forms. When the materials arrive, you can then go through each order and match the order to the material. Pass out the student's materials with their individual form.

What happens if a book is not available?
Usually a replacement book is sent but you are not charged for the missing book. You may give the student the replacement book and return the money for the missing title.

PAYMENT

How do I pay? Do I have to send payment in with my order or am I billed?
You are welcome to send payment in with your order using a US $ check or credit card. Once you have an account number assigned to you, you will be billed following the shipment of your materials.

How do I instruct students to pay for the material they order?
The easiest method is to attach a simple form to the order form showing the total dollar amount ordered, the current exchange rate for your local currency and 25% for shipping and handling.

BONUS POINTS

How do I keep track of my bonus points?
Once an individual account is established, your bonus points will be kept on record electronically.

What happens to my bonus points if I change schools?
As long as you know your account number, you can access your bonus points. If your account number has changed, you can transfer your bonus points from your old account to your new account.
