The Bronx Zoo’s Holiday Lights will be more spectacular than ever this year! Visit the sea lions, live reindeer and other animal friends plus experience live entertainment like ice carving demonstrations and caroling. Enjoy the sights of larger-than-life lighted animal, holiday and dinosaur displays
and the The Very Hungry Caterpillar returns with an illuminated version the classic book by author Eric Carle.

About the Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights:
HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Visit THE SCHOLASTIC STORE in SCARSDALE, NY and follow the entry instructions located there. Raffle begins October 30, 2007 12:00 a.m. EST and all entries must be received by November 18, 2007, 7:00 p.m. EST. One entry per person. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entry form will be accepted. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS RAFFLE IN THE SCARSDALE STORE. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
ELIGIBILITY. Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry. Employees, and members of their families living in the same household, of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law.
WINNERS. One (1) Grand prizewinner, Four (4) second place prizewinners, and Ten (10) runners-up will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 18, 2007 by Sponsor. Winners will be notified by e-mail at the winner's e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Grand prizewinner will receive: A $100 Gift Certificate to The Scholastic Store in Scarsdale and free entry to The 2007 Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights Event for up to 40 students, teachers, or adults. (The grand prizewinner and up to 39 guests will each receive free admission to The Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights Event between November 16, 2007 and January 6, 2008 OR free admission to the Bronx Zoo during regular zoo hours. Attendance must be completed within one (1) year of date prize is awarded. Winners must provide their own transportation to the Bronx Zoo and will be responsible for their own food. (Approximate Retail Value: up to Six Hundred Sixty dollars ($660) per winner).
Second-prize winners will receive: A Family four-pack for admission to The Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights Event for two adults and two children. Attendance must be completed by January 6, 2008. Winners must provide their own transportation to the Bronx Zoo and will be responsible for their own food. (Approximate Retail Value: Forty-Eight dollars ($48.00) per winner).
Runners-up will receive: A $10 gift certificate to The Scholastic Store in Scarsdale. (Approximate Retail Value: Ten dollars ($10.00) per winner).
