2. Giveaway open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including Washington DC) age 18 or older, except employees of Scholastic Inc. ("Sponsor"), the Giveaway prize provider, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Related Entities"), and the immediate families of each. Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Except where prohibited, by entering each entrant consents to the use of his/her full name, city and state, likeness, gender, and entry by Sponsor without further notice or compensation or permission of the participant for advertising, promotion and/or other purposes throughout the world in any media now or hereafter known. All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any information provided by entrants is provided to Sponsor and not Facebook. 4. Ten (10) winners will be selected by random drawing on or around July 14, 2014. Each winner will be notified by mail, email or telephone on or around the day of the drawing. If a potential winner (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) refuses the prize; and/or (iii) the prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days. Documents must be returned by the means specified in the specific document within the time specified or the potential prize winner may be disqualified.
