Top Trip Tips from Family & Friends
Mom and Dad: "Start by asking your parents for help. They can show you how to make a checklist of everything you need. If you follow the checklist carefully, you won't be missing anything once you get to where you're going."
Brianna: "ALWAYS look your best, like me, of course. Pack
plenty of clothes - you never know who you'll run into. A famous
director might see you and want to cast you in a film. Remember
to pack for the weather. Bathing suits and cool sunglasses for the
tropics, or an awesome ski jacket if it's going to be cold."
Bethany: "Don't forget your toothbrush. I forgot mine once and we
couldn't get another one until the next morning. My sisters were
making nasty jokes about hamster breath!!"
Jessica: "I always pack my inhaler. Remember to bring along any medicine that you need. It's hard to fill prescriptions when your doctor is in another city."
Natalie: "Bring paper and pens and send me a ton of letters!"
Zach: "Yo! Portable video games - exercise your gaming skills!"
Ms. Bunder: "Keep a journal of your trip so you won't forget the best and worst moments. I'll give you extra credit if you show it to me when you get back!"
Eva: "Be friendly - you might make new friends or find a pen pal!"
Grandma Emma: "Traveling can sometimes be a little boring. Be sure to pack a few favorite games or toys to keep you entertained - and don't forget snacks! You can make and decorate your own Travel Kit!"
