My trip home seemed to last forever. I was sad to leave New York but totally ready to get home. Michelle said I could come back to visit anytime – and I definitely will. Abigail and I had a great time and I’m so glad to have made a new friend. I checked my email first thing and she had already sent me a message. I have to talk to K, J & L but I think it would be so cool to have an “email” member in our book club!

Our meeting today was so much fun – mostly because it seems like it’s been forever since we have seen each other. While I was gone, Jenni ran into Jimmy, a boy she has had a crush on since Christmas. Kate cut her hair and Lesa started a drama class. We’re all doing such different things – but I’m glad that we still make time to spend together. We have a sleepover this Friday – I have to go finish my book!!
