Souzanne A. Wright is a passionate teacher, writer, and curriculum developer dedicated to making a difference in the field of education. She joined the Scholastic Reading Club team as Vice President of Program Development Strategy and Project Director of Knowledge Quest! in January 2012. Prior to her arrival at Scholastic, she worked on numerous publications for students and teachers regarding language arts and curriculum development for ten years. She was asked to contribute to a significant part of the Common Core State Standards for English/Language Arts concerning the coherent and systematic building of knowledge within and across grade levels. Ms. Wright is a graduate of Emory University and attended the University of Virginia, where she studied education at the Curry School and received an MBA at the Darden School of Business.
