Jennifer has always had a passion for teaching children since a young age. Through her own struggles as a student, she has always wanted to create new and exciting environments for students to learn. As a math specialist (grades K-8) and an educational consultant, Jennifer loves developing student-centered activities and allowing students to become engaged learners. Her passion has always been in mathematics where she challenges students to look at math in different ways and become confident thinkers.
For over 15 years, Jennifer has been a classroom teacher in both MA and NJ, a math specialist/coach and most currently is the Lower School Math Coordinator at The Peck School in Morristown, NJ.
Jennifer received her BA in Education from Boston College where she double majored in Elementary Education and Math and Computer Science, and her MA in Urban Education from Simmons College. She resides in Ridgewood, NJ with her loving husband and 3 wonderful children who open her eyes to different ways to learn every day.
