As a former National Board Certified early-childhood teacher reading specialist, and administrator, she has worked with thousands of families and educators providing best literacy practices. She is the creator/founder of Growing Book by Book.
She received dual master’s degrees at Webster University and Missouri Baptist University in Communications/Reading and Elementary Education Administration.
She lives near St. Louis, Missouri, where she stays home with home with her two young and all busy sons. In her free time, Jodie enjoys gardening, cooking, and finding all the Little Free Libraries she can.
